Digital Equity/Inclusion
Semper Elementary offers
digital equity for students K-5th grade. Our goal is to make sure students have equal access to devices, software, tools, the internet and trained educators. Students will learn the
ISTE standards as part of their learning. They will become Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. All essential skills as 21st century citizens.
1:1 Chromebooks
K-5th grade students, both in person and remote, are issued a school or district Chromebook and charger, for academic purposes.
Grades 1,2,3,4th and 5th grade students are issued a device through the district's Tech for Ed program. This device will stay with the student for 4 years as long as they are a Jeffco student. Click

Expectations
Students and families are expected to be principled and caring and to take exceptional care of their issued device. District guidelines are as follows:
